We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
Approved Refunds: Processed within 5 business days back to your credit card.
